  • Home delivery (Milldale and nearby suburbs)

We may require proof of eligibility for funded services (e.g. prescriptions, age, residency).

4. Payment and Pricing

  • Prices shown (where applicable) are in NZD and include GST.

  • Payment is required at the time of service or upon receiving an invoice (for eligible account holders).

  • We reserve the right to update pricing without notice.

5. Refunds & Returns

We comply with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

For change-of-mind returns, we may accept retail products for exchange or store creditwithin 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • Proof of purchase is provided;

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging;

  • The item is in resaleable condition; and

  • The item is not excluded for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of medicines,prescription items, pharmacist-only medicines, refrigerated items, opened personal care items, wound care products, compression/support garments, clearance items, or any product that has been used, opened, or tampered with, unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

If there is a problem with a product or it has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
