Medication management services

We offer medication management options for patients who may benefit from additional support with adherence and organisation.

Medico Pak blister packing

We can provide weekly or monthly Medico Pak blister packs for patients taking regular medicines. These are the grid-like, hard plastic flat packs.

Our team can coordinate with the patient, prescriber and caregivers to help maintain an accurate medication profile and arrange ongoing supply.

Sachet roll medication packing

Sachet-roll medication packaging will also be available for eligible patients.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss whether blister packing or sachet rolls would be the most appropriate option for your patient.

Prescription delivery

We offer local prescription delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Delivery cut-off: 3:00 pm
Requests received after 3:00 pm may be moved to the next available delivery day.

Milldale deliveries

Delivery within Milldale is free.

Deliveries outside Milldale

A $7 delivery fee applies outside Milldale unless the patient is enrolled in one of our paid medication packing services.

Delivery availability may depend on the patient’s address and the type of medicine being supplied.

We are closed on public holidays. When a delivery day falls on a public holiday, delivery arrangements may change. Please contact us for the next available delivery date.

Pharmacy consultations and health services

Patients may also be referred to us for:

  • Strep throat testing, available at the patient’s cost

  • Blood pressure checks

  • Weight checks

  • Vaccinations

  • Travel health advice, travel vaccinations and selected travel medicines

  • Minor skin infection consultations

  • Urinary tract infection consultations for eligible patients

  • Emergency contraception

  • Sildenafil consultations

  • Recurrent oral herpes consultations

  • Shingles antiviral consultations

  • Chloramphenicol eye treatment consultations for eligible patients

  • General medicine advice and medicine reviews

Eligibility criteria, consultation charges and medicine costs may apply depending on the service.

We welcome referrals from local general practices, urgent care clinics, specialists, dentists and other healthcare providers.
